How to invite team members to your Kleio organization.

Why Kleio has its own accounts

When you first install Kleio, you’re prompted to create a Kleio account. This is separate from your Shopify login because Kleio needs its own organization system to support connecting multiple stores under one roof. Without that, there’s no way to tie your stores together.

This also means each team member needs their own Kleio account — they can’t access Kleio through Shopify alone.

Inviting team members

1. Open the organization selector in the bottom-left corner
2. Click Manage
3. Go to the Members tab
4. Click Invite

The invited member will receive an email to create their Kleio account and join your organization.
