Agencies
Manage every client from one login
Your Kleio account can belong to as many client organizations as you like. Each client is its own organization, and you switch between them from the organization selector in the bottom-left corner, so you jump from one client’s numbers to the next without logging out.
You get into a client’s organization one of two ways: you set Kleio up for them, or they invite you if they’re already on it. Both are covered below.
Do you offer agency pricing?
No, and there are two reasons. Kleio is already priced as low as it goes: at $29/month for everything, there’s simply no margin left to carve a discount out of, for agencies or anyone else. On top of that, Shopify only lets a subscription be charged through the store it belongs to, so there’s no way to put several clients on one plan even if we wanted to.
So every store pays the same $29/month with a 14-day free trial, billed through its own Shopify. Whether the client pays their $29 or you pass it on is between you and them.
Can I set Kleio up for clients?
Yes. You install Kleio on the client’s store and approve the subscription yourself, as long as your Shopify account on that store has the permissions for it. You need to be the store owner, or a staff or collaborator account granted both Manage and install apps and channels (to install Kleio) and Approve app charges (to approve the $29/month subscription). The store owner has both already.
Can I manage multiple clients in Kleio?
Yes. During install you pick which organization the store belongs to. Create a fresh organization for each client so their data never mixes with another client’s, and keep it to one client per organization.
If your client already set Kleio up themselves, you don’t install anything. Ask them to invite you to their organization from the organization selector, under Manage → Members → Invite, and it shows up in your account. See Team Members for the steps they follow.
